EDUCATIONAL INNOVATIONS, THEIR CHARACTERISTICS AND STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

چکیده

The article reveals and characterizes the essence content of innovations in education, distinguishes between concepts “novelty”, “newness” “innovation”, which have semantic differences result obtained process their practical implementation. Priority educational primary school, innovative methods, technologies, organizational forms education junior schoolchildren are given. Based on analysis, classification according to degree novelty was performed: retro-innovation, modified, combinatorial author’s were identified, illustrated schematically. It is emphasized that only last two types it provide for formation new essential features both subjects innovation its results, but absolute innovation.The author pays special attention determining development space five stages implementation, namely: identifying deciding need implementation; substantiation elaboration innovations, forecasting realization consequences; creation experimental groups introduction innovations; model pedagogical conditions ensure effectiveness; implementation.
